Privacy Policy
This policy explains how corepoise.info handles personal data. It covers the contact form, email correspondence, and basic technical data collected when you visit the site. CorePoise is an information site and does not sell products or process payments.
Data we collect
Three channels produce data on this site: the contact form, direct email, and routine server logs. Each one collects a different amount.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you submit.
When you email us directly at [email protected], we receive your address and whatever the message contains.
Server logs
Server logs record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
We do not ask for health information, payment details, or identity documents. If a message happens to include more than we need, you can ask us to delete the extra parts, or the whole message, at any time.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used to answer your message and, where relevant, to correct or update site content. If you point out that a page about an ingredient or a product type is wrong, your note becomes part of how we fix it.
Server log data is used to keep the site working and to detect misuse. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build visitor profiles.
- Answering your question — usually by email, in the same thread you started.
- Correcting or updating guide content when a reader reports an error.
- Keeping the site online and spotting automated misuse of the contact form.
Legal basis and consent
We process contact form data because you chose to send it and it is necessary to respond. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us and asking for your message and details to be deleted, unless we are required to retain them.
Contact form submissions and email correspondence
Kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to maintain an editorial record of corrections. When a reader's note leads to a content fix, we may keep the note in that record so the change has a traceable reason.
Server logs
Kept for a shorter, routine period, then removed. Logs are used in aggregate to keep the site available, not to follow individual readers.
Earlier deletion
You can request earlier deletion of your message and details. Write to [email protected] with enough information for us to find the original submission, and we will confirm once it is removed.
Withdrawing consent
Withdrawal applies to future use of your data. It does not undo the reply we already sent, and it does not override a legal retention duty if one applies to a specific record.
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be handled by service providers that host the site or deliver our email, acting on our instructions. Those providers see only what their task requires: a hosting provider stores the data, and an email provider moves the message to our inbox.
We may disclose data if required by Indonesian law or by a valid legal request. Where a request is unclear or appears to overreach, we ask the requester to narrow it before we hand anything over.
What this means in practice
- No data is sold, rented, or traded to advertisers or data brokers.
- No visitor profiles are built from your reading behaviour on this site.
- Providers act on written instructions and only for the service they supply.
- A legal request is answered only when it is valid and properly scoped.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Send these requests to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Verification protects the request from being answered to the wrong person. A short reply from the address that sent the original message is usually enough. If we cannot find any data linked to you, we will tell you that plainly rather than leave the request open.
We answer privacy requests on working days, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. If a request needs more time because it is complex, we say so and give a realistic date.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through the contact form, write to us and we will remove it.
Mention the approximate date of the submission if you can. It helps us locate and delete the record without asking you for more information than needed.

Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page. We do not rewrite the meaning of a clause silently; when a change affects what we collect or how long we keep it, the new text says so.
